Innisfree Hotels, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor at Hampton Inn PCB to ensure accurate Front Office accounting and summarize daily financials. You will post charges, monitor room revenue and occupancy, and prepare daily activity summaries.

The role requires detailed attention, strong guest service, and reliable shift performance in a fast-paced hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hospitality experience, solid English communication, and the ability to multitask,

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or scheduled instructions.
• Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing with guests and staff.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems; able to work with computers.
• Able to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and work well in a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, as applicable.

• Provide quality service during check-in/check-out and throughout stay.
• Process guest check-ins/outs, post charges and taxes, and handle payments.
• Transfer charges to master accounts and verify postings and balances.
• Print and file reservations for the next business day.
• Track room revenues, occupancy, and other front office statistics.
• Prepare a summary of cash, checks, and credit card activities.
• Verify postings and document financial information; adhere to procedures.
• Run end-of-day checks in the PMS and operate shuttle if applicable.
