Innisfree Hotels in Panama City Beach, FL, seeks a Night Auditor for the Hampton Inn PCB to manage nightly front office accounting, post charges, and summarize daily financials. You will monitor occupancy, run PMS end-of-day processes, and assist guests with check-ins/outs while ensuring accuracy and security of financial records.

The role requires strong English communication, hospitality experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; hotel policies and credit controls

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality preferred.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or scheduled instructions.
• Strong English communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems; able to work with computers.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, if applicable by property.

Responsabilidades

• Check Front Office accounting records for accuracy daily and summarize information for financial records.
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts; handle guest transactions.
• Run end-of-day procedures and prepare cash, check, and credit card activity summaries.
• Monitor room revenues and occupancy percentages; track Front Office statistics.
• Assist guests with check-ins/outs, reservations, and changes; process payments.
• Ensure postings and verifications are accurate; maintain filing and records.
• Follow End of Day/Night Audit checklist and stay current on shifts.
• Perform wake-up calls and operate property management software as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all policies.
