Innisfree Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor for Hampton Inn PCB to audit Front Office records, summarize daily financial results, and monitor room revenue and occupancy. The role posts charges and taxes to guest accounts, processes payments, and prepares daily cash/credit summaries.

Responsibilities include assisting with guest check-ins/outs, running end-of-day PMS processes, and ensuring accurate postings while maintaining service with a warm, guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English to communicate with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
• Ability to work with computers and good knowledge of operating software preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high degree of autonomy.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record (As applicable by property).

Responsabilités

• Check Front Office accounting records for daily accuracy and summarize information for financial records.
• Track room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other Front Office statistics.
• Post room charges and room taxes to guest accounts and process payments.
• Prepare a daily summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
• Run end-of-day processes in the property management software (PMS).
• Assist guests with check-ins/outs, room assignments, reservations, and cancellations.
• Maintain adherence to hotel policies and safety procedures.
