Innisfree Hotels at Hilton Pensacola Beach is seeking a Night Auditor to verify front office records, post charges, and summarize daily financial activity for the hotel's accounting. The role supports check-ins/outs, tracks room revenues, and ensures accurate posting of transactions.

The successful candidate will perform end-of-day procedures in the property management system, monitor occupancy metrics, and maintain a courteous, service-focused environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, or scheduled form.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English in order to communicate with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
• Ability to work with computers and good knowledge of operating software preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high degree of autonomy.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record (As applicable by property).

Responsabilités

• Check front office accounting records for accuracy daily and summarize information for financial records.
• Post room charges and room taxes to guest accounts.
• Process guest payments and transfer charges to master accounts.
• Print and file reservations for the next business day.
• Track room revenues and occupancy percentages.
• Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
• Verify, post, and document for accuracy; maintain records in PMS.
• Run end of day/night audit checklist and End of Day procedures.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist with shuttle operations if needed.
