Job summary

Innisfree Hotels in Pensacola Beach is seeking a Night Auditor to verify front office accounting records, post charges, and summarize daily financial activity. The role tracks room revenue, occupancy, and other operating statistics to support accurate nightly reporting.

You will process guest check-ins/check-outs, handle payments, run end-of-day procedures in the PMS, and maintain a safe, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to interpret various instructions and communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Always interact with guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Process check-ins/outs, post charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Track room revenues, occupancy percentages, and front office statistics.
• Run end of day processes in PMS and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; report safety issues.
