Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance front desk transactions.
• Reconcile and balance food and beverage transactions from micros reports.
• Post room and tax to guest accounts.
• Coordinate guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.
• Check guests in/out as necessary.
• Communicate with other departments for guest room information.
• Follow procedures for fire alarms, emergencies, and security threats.
• Report items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures on shift.
