Qualifications

• Experience in night audit or hotel accounting preferred.
• Condo-hotel or residential hospitality experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile financial activity.

Responsibilities

• Perform the daily night audit process in the property management system.
• Review and balance daily room revenue, taxes, fees, and other income.
• Verify posting accuracy of room rates, payments, and tax exemptions.
• Review guest folios for billing accuracy and credits.
• Balance cash, credit card, and direct bill activity.
• Prepare daily revenue, occupancy, and night audit reports.
• Coordinate with other departments for overnight operational needs.
