Oneida Casino Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during the overnight shift from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The role includes registering guests, making reservations, and preparing daily reports.

Responsibilities include balancing transactions, performing nightly audits, and maintaining security walks. Candidates should have 1 year of hotel experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Ability to balances transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and office software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shift 10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Responsabilités

• Register guests and manage reservations.
• Prepare daily reports and balance transactions.
• Front desk operations during the overnight shift (10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.).
• Run reports for audits and balance cash drawers.
• Complete End of Day procedures and nightly walk-throughs.
• Train new Night Auditors as requested by management.
• Respond to guest requests and issues during the night shift.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
