Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for the Grand Williston Hotel & Conference Center in Williston, ND. The overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) focuses on guest check-ins, reservations, and precise financial balancing to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves generating daily reports, collaborating with other departments, and solving nightly issues using Windows, spreadsheets, and Word. A High School diploma and 1 year in hospitality are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage overnight check-ins and reservations (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of nightly numbers.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain guest safety.
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Flash Report and other management reports.
