Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, balance nightly transactions, and generate daily reports. You will greet guests warmly, assist with check-ins, and coordinate with other departments to keep overnight service seamless and secure.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, up to a year in hospitality, and comfort with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word. This on-site role offers overnight hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations during night hours.
• Be fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs; solve problems independently.
