Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality's Grand Williston Hotel & Convention Center in Williston, ND, seeks a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations, balance daily transactions, and ensure guest safety.

This role requires a High School diploma, ~1 year hotel experience, and comfort with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word. We offer Daily Pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests overnight (11 PM – 7 AM) and manage check-ins and reservations.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate accounting.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain guest safety.
• Prepare daily reports including the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service during night hours.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using Windows, spreadsheets, and Word Docs.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
