Experience with Baywood Hotels or Marriott brands is a plus. Night shifts, weekends, and holidays are required. In-person work location in the Alexandria, VA area with employee discounts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk preferred; can come from 1+ year related customer service roles.
• Excellent public relations skills and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, process registrations, postings, and check-outs.
• Coordinate guest services with other hotel departments and third parties.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately and timely.
