Job summary

CrossroadsHospitality, LLC is seeking a diligent Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations, balance daily financial transactions, and ensure guest services run smoothly during the night shift. The role includes front desk duties, account reconciliation, and maintaining a safe, quiet environment for guests.

Responsibilities include nightly accounting, reporting, front desk support, security and guest relations, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework a plus.
• Experience in front desk, accounting, or night audit preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with financial transaction handling experience.
• Proficiency with PMS and accounting software; accurate data entry and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations and balance daily transactions.
• Perform front desk duties for late arrivals and early departures.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of nightly financials.
