The Night Auditor at JL Hospitality Management handles overnight Front Desk duties and completes the hotel’s daily financial reconciliation and end-of-day procedures while assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and requests.

The role requires dependable, detail-oriented, and independent work ethic with friendly guest service during overnight hours; familiarity with cash handling and basic computer hotel systems is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred
• Strong math skills and accuracy with financial transactions
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Able to work independently overnight and on weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audit and end-of-day procedures
• Review and balance daily hotel transactions
• Reconcile cash, credit card, and other payments
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and logs
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and inquiries
• Provide information about hotel services and local area
• Follow cash-handling and privacy procedures
• Ensure Front Desk area is organized and secure
