Job summary

RiseMe in Merced, CA seeks a Night Auditor to balance nightly financials and provide guest service after hours. This role combines front desk duties with accounting, closing the day’s books and ensuring the accuracy of all overnight transactions.

You’ll handle guest inquiries, process check-ins/outs, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor while working a night shift and standing for extended periods. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or six months to one year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and reconciling credit cards.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances in the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Complete front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, and guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
