Job summary

PM-Hospitality-Strategies,-Inc. is seeking a responsible Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Merced, CA. This part-time, on-site overnight role blends guest service with accounting to ensure a secure day-end close.

You balance numbers, process deposits, and generate daily reports while handling check-ins/outs and guest requests. An Associate’s Degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience, plus strong computer skills and a courteous, people-focused approach, are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Balancing paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches.
• Input into front office system revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Completing front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and other guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about the hotel services and amenities.
