Job summary

PM New Logo is seeking a responsible Night Auditor to join the Front Desk team in Merced, CA. This overnight role blends guest services with accounting to close out the day’s financial activity accurately.

You will balance cash, input revenues/expenses, and manage check-ins/outs while assisting guests with questions about services and amenities. This position requires a degree or relevant experience and overnight availability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or six months to one year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills.
• People-oriented with polite communication.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches.
• Enter daily revenue and expenses into front office systems to generate reports.
• Handle check-ins/outs, room moves, late checkouts, guest requests.
• Answer guests' questions about hotel services and amenities.
