Concord is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver exceptional overnight service while reconciling daily financials and supporting front desk operations. You’ll manage audits, guest folios, and nightly reports, while ensuring a secure, efficient hotel environment.

The role requires attention to detail, independent overnight work, and solid guest service skills. Flexible overnight schedule including weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities.
• Professional communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including credit cards, revenue, and guest folios.
• Verify room status, availability, and front desk transactions for accuracy.
• Complete nightly reports, audit paperwork, and required documentation.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in/out, reservations, and phone inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests and provide hotel and local information.
• Maintain cash handling, security procedures, and overnight safety standards.
• Keep the front desk/lobby clean and support basic setup needs.
• Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
