Job summary

The Renaissance Indianapolis North, operated by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Night Auditor with a passion for service. You will check guests in during the overnight shift, providing information about hotel amenities and local area, while ensuring accuracy for postings and credit handling.

Ideal candidates have overnight availability, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to work the overnight hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and requests noted.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area to guests.
• Resolve guest issues and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Generate, print and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with accuracy.
• Communicate key information to the on-duty manager.
• Maintain house bank and handle posting, cashing checks, refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
