Job summary

The Night Auditor position at Royal Lahaina Resort in Lahaina, HI, reports to Front Office Operations under Highgate Hotels. The role involves reconciling daily cashier transactions, generating management reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest billings and city ledger entries.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Review and compile management reports for timely distribution.
• Ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Assist front desk as needed (check-in/check-out, reservations, switchboard).
• Communicate issues to management and maintain guest satisfaction.
