Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to complete overnight hotel accounting and deliver exceptional guest service during night hours. You will perform nightly audits, verify rates, and prepare daily reports while assisting guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.

The role requires independence during overnight shifts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance financial records with guest service responsibilities. Weekend availability is often expected.

Qualifications

• Previous Night Audit experience preferred.
• Previous hotel Front Desk experience preferred.
• Experience working overnight shifts.
• Strong mathematical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and responding to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure all room revenue, settlements, adjustments, and financial transactions are accurate and properly documented.
• Verify room rates, group billing arrangements, and booking information, making corrections as needed to ensure billing accuracy.
• Complete, reconcile, and distribute required daily reports, including overnight audit and no-show reporting.
• May be required to work overtime, days, and/or weekends.
