Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience.
• Understand basic auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
• Experience handling cash and accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight audit processes and daily revenue reporting.
• Monitor room revenue and occupancy statistics.
• Post charges to guest accounts and balance day’s transactions.
• Assist with late-night check-ins/check-outs and guest requests.
• Prepare management summaries of daily operations.
