Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of all numbers.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and guests relaxed.
• Create daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth, high-quality service.
• Fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs; able to solve problems independently.
