Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Albany is seeking a Night Auditor to perform night audit functions and support the property’s nightly operations. Responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, payments, and promoting hotel services.

The role requires strong math skills, dependable work habits, and the ability to handle challenging guest situations. Training on the Property Management System is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and reasoning skills.
• Ability to manage night audit duties.
• Ability to assist with Manager On Duty during audit shift.
• Ability to handle intoxicated guests.

Responsibilities

• Registers guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Check guests out and process payments.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve minor complaints.
• Perform night audit functions in the Property Management System.
