Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year management experience
• Previous night auditor experience preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions
• Ability to multi‑task
• Experience in Micros and Opera systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic math and accounting skills necessary
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work overnight hours

Responsibilities

• Post and balance charges in a timely and efficient manner
• Run various reports for the accounting department
• Complete and input with accuracy all night audit reports
• Make room reservations and provide information and services to guests
• Ensure that Leading Hotel Quality Service Standards (Leading Hotels of the World, Forbes, and AAA), policies and procedures are properly understood and followed
• Present a professional appearance
• Handle all guest complaints and comments relating to the department tactfully
• Ensure that the LHW Standards is continuously refreshed, maintained and used effectively
• Cooperate and coordinate teamwork with other departments
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Front Office or Resort Manager
