Job summary

Chatham Bars Inn, a Forbes Five-Star resort on Cape Cod, is seeking a friendly Concierge to assist guests with dining, entertainment, and travel arrangements while delivering exceptional service.

You will manage reservations, provide local knowledge about Chatham and the Islands, and work weekends and holidays in a luxury hotel setting. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Previous luxury-hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a luxury hotel lobby concierge role or equivalent 5-Star/5-Diamond resort.
• Superior customer service skills and genuine enjoyment of helping guests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Fluency in English is necessary; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with dining, entertainment, boating and travel arrangements.
• Manage dining and recreational reservations for guests and members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward guests and staff.
• Support guests with travel planning inside and outside the resort.
• Adapt to a busy environment and handle interruptions gracefully.
• Support with scheduling AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays when needed.
