Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Chatham Bars Inn is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily guest ledgers and manage front desk and accounting duties after hours. You will verify room and restaurant charges, post and balance, run reports, and handle guest inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires at least 1 year of management or night-audit experience, strong math and accounting basics, and proficiency with Micros and Opera systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledgers and balance charges for rooms and restaurants.
• Balance daily reports and receipts for the rooms and restaurants; check guests in and out.
• Handle all evening guest inquiries and ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Post and balance charges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Run various reports for the accounting department.
• Complete and input night audit reports with accuracy.
• Make room reservations and provide information and services to guests.
• Ensure leading hotel standards are followed and refreshed.
• Cooperate with other departments and maintain professional demeanor.
• Perform any other duties as required by Front Office or Resort Manager.
