Job summary

JRK Property Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor for our luxury oceanfront hotel in Santa Monica. The role covers overnight front desk operations to ensure guest satisfaction, with emphasis on accuracy and high-touch service.

Two+ years of front desk experience in a four- or five-star setting are preferred, along with experience using Hilton software (OnQ, R&I, GRO). This is a full-time overnight position with benefits and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of front desk experience, preferably overnight, at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Familiarity with Hilton software OnQ, R&I, GRO or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide all front desk services overnight to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Balance day-shift accounts and prepare vendor payments.
• Notate outstanding guest payments and review invoices against receipts.
