Job summary

Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. The role reconciles daily revenue, prepares reports, and serves as the primary contact for guest services to maintain smooth operations between shifts.

Responsibilities include conducting daily audit procedures, balancing cash, resetting front office systems for the next day, and acting as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• This is an hourly position. ($18/hour).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audit procedures in line with hotel and company standards.
• Verify and follow up on wake-up call requests.
• Balance and reconcile cash receipts and transactions, ensuring timely deposits.
• Reset front office systems and operations for the upcoming business day.
• Serve as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.
• Operate the PBX system during the audit shift.
• Participate in front office meetings and training sessions.
• Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
