Legacy Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to balance nightly financials, ensure accurate guest billing, and maintain secure overnight operations. You will perform overnight audit procedures, assist with late check-ins/outs, and respond to guest inquiries with a professional and courteous manner.

The role requires at least 2 years in hotel or front desk experience, familiarity with hotel management systems, and the ability to work independently overnight.

Formación

• 2+ years of hotel or front desk experience.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools.
• Must obtain Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
• Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures.
• Support a safe and secure environment during the night shift.
