Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Fremont Milpitas is seeking a Front Desk Accounting Associate to balance daily revenue across restaurant, rooms, and bar, post settlements, and prepare nightly reports. You will audit Micros and mainframe outputs, input data into the PC system, and ensure accurate file maintenance for next day operations.

The role requires one year of similar experience, basic accounting knowledge, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk accounting and nightly revenue reporting.
• One-year experience in a similar size operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily restaurant, room and bar revenue and post settlements.
• Prepare daily Revenue Reports and audit journals.
• Audit Micros, mainframe and card system reports; fix discrepancies.
• Input revenue/expenses into PC for daily summaries.
• Balance and close revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
• Distribute reports to A/R, A/P and Payroll teams.
• Coordinate with front desk and F&B to ensure smooth close of operations.
