Job summary

Spire Hospitality is seeking an overnight Front Desk Associate at our Hilton Garden Inn Fremont Milpitas, a recently opened property with a new F&B outlet and a matchless team. Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work, post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner.

This is an overnight/graveyard shift at the Front Desk. The position offers $18.50-$19.00 per hour and involves maintaining files and resetting systems for the next day.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations (AR/AP, etc.)
• Basic numerical skills and 10-key by touch
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff
• Experience with front desk or hospitality operations optional

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work.
• Post and balance charges and settlements accurately.
• Maintain files and reset systems for next day operations.
• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Micros tapes/journals.
• Run audit reports and system checks for credit cards.
• Input revenue/expenses into the PC to generate reports.
