Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our team. You will provide efficient, courteous service during the night shift, audit revenue, and support hotel operations to meet business goals.

Primary duties include nightly audits, reporting, cash handling, and ensuring guest satisfaction through accurate check-in/out and timely responses to requests. A strong focus on security, accuracy, and hospitality excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of guest/customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• 1 year of night audit and/or 2+ years of hotel front desk experience required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely daily audit of revenue across hotel outlets.
• Prepare financial reports and distribute them to managers.
• Maintain control of sensitive forms and protect proprietary documents.
• Generate backup reports and analyze discrepancies and rate variations.
• Complete end-of-shift tasks and checklists.
• Handle guest inquiries, assist with check-in/check-out, and promote guest satisfaction.
