Responsibilities include nightly audits, cash and credit card reconciliation, updating the BRAINS network, producing daily reports, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The position offers full‑time hours with competitive wages and company benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Night audit or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic arithmetic.
• FSD certification is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards.
• Input and update financial information in the BRAINS system.
• Assist with guest check-in/out and guest services tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Strive to improve overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
