My Place Hotel Grand Rapids is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the night-time guest services anchor. You will handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, maintain accurate records, and assist guests with local information while upholding hotel policies.

You will manage the Night Audit checklist, cash logs, and front desk notes, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment during the overnight shift. A detail-oriented, dependable communicator will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: handle reservations, check-ins/outs, record charges per policy.
• Guest Assistance: answer questions, address concerns, know local area and attractions.
• Night Audit & Paperwork: complete audit checklist, manage cash logs and logs; review logs from prior shift.
• Cleaning & Laundry: perform light cleaning and ensure lobby and front desk areas are tidy.
• Safety & Security: follow protocols, inspect property and report hazards.
• Learning & Growth: take on additional responsibilities and be on call as needed.
