Job summary

Kolter Hospitality, LLC. Night Auditor position is responsible for overnight guest service, reconciling cashier transactions, and balancing revenues while providing timely, policy-compliant information to the hotel. You will post room and tax, and ensure accuracy across front desk operations during night shifts.

The role requires coordinating guest requests, checking guests in and out, and communicating with other departments to maintain smooth operations and safety during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance front desk transactions.
• Reconcile and balance food and beverage transactions from micros reports.
• Post room and tax to guest account.
• Coordinate all guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring problem resolution is satisfactory.
• Check guests in/out as necessary.
• Communicate with other departments and shifts to coordinate and follow up on all guest room information.
• Know and carry out specified duties in response to fire alarm, guest medical emergency and security threats.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
