Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance front desk transactions.
• Reconcile and balance food and beverage transactions from Micros reports.
• Post room and tax to guest accounts.
• Coordinate guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Check guests in/out as necessary.
• Coordinate with departments to share guest room information.
• Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Report items in need of repair.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
