Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor for a hybrid role that blends front desk operations, accounting duties, and guest services. The position may include occasional bartending and light cooking to support the lobby restaurant.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, auditing daily transactions, generating revenue reports, and ensuring security and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Satisfactory criminal background screening required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out and overnight inquiries.
• Audit, balance, and post daily hotel and restaurant transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Monitor safety and security protocols during overnight hours and perform security walks.
• Inspect conference rooms, common areas and public restrooms for cleanliness.
• Investigate and address guest complaints.
• Operate Brand operating systems and loyalty programs knowledge.
• Assist guests with food orders and serve food and beverages.
• Know emergency procedures and actions; may transport guests via shuttle.
