Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure accurate balances and reporting of hotel revenues while providing attentive overnight guest service. The role includes reconciling front desk and food & beverage transactions, posting room charges and taxes, and coordinating guest requests with department teams.

Candidate will follow hotel policies, assist with check-ins/outs as needed, and uphold safety procedures during night shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance front desk transactions.
• Reconcile and balance food and beverage transactions from micros reports.
• Post room and tax to guest account.
• Coordinate all guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring problem resolution is satisfactory.
• Check guests in/out as necessary.
• Communicate with other departments and shifts to coordinate and follow up on all guest room information.
• Know and carry out specified duties in response to fire alarm, guest medical emergency and security threats.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Night Auditor delivers service excellence to our guests, taking care of any overnight needs and reconciling all hotel cashier transactions.
