Hilton Rosemont is seeking an overnight Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and handle cashiering with accuracy. You will promote the hotel’s rewards program and coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless service.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work nights and weekends. The position includes paid time off and standard hotel benefits in accordance with policy.

Formación

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
• Must have excellent customer relations skills and leadership capability.
• Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival; register guests and verify reservations.
• Accept payment at registration and checkout; maintain a house bank and report receipts.
• Issue keys and control access to safety deposit boxes; post charges as requested.
• Coordinate with front desk, telecommunications, and other departments; communicate daily notes.
• Prepare daily reports and reconcile front desk activities; run closing procedures.
• Assist with concierge tasks and reservations as needed.
