Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for our Orlando location. You will balance the nightly books, finalize transactions, and assist with overnight guest services from 11 PM to 7 AM.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a calm, guest‑focused presence. You will generate daily reports such as the Daily Flash Report and collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly during the night hours.

Qualifications

• Overnight guest service experience is a plus.
• Strong numerical accuracy for balancing and reports.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments during night shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM).
• Balance books, finalize transactions, ensure accuracy of nightly totals.
• Conduct regular security walks and maintain property safety.
• Create daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
