TPG Hotels and Resorts seeks a Night Auditor for the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort in Florida. You will handle late check-ins, night-time front desk duties, and end-of-day financial reconciliations.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, balancing room and F&B revenue, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring guest privacy and security during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Process check-ins/outs and manage reservations during night hours.
• Verify and reconcile guest accounts and prepare daily revenue reports.
• Post charges and close the day in the property management system.
• Monitor safety and respond to emergencies as needed.
