Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good math and computer skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds and handle objects up to 25 pounds.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest service at all times.
• Greet arriving guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Answer telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and local area.
• Generate, confirm, cancel, and modify guest reservations.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Calculate bills, accept payments, and give change.
• Promote current hotel and franchise marketing programs.
• Perform additional duties such as laundry as needed.
