Job summary

The Current in Davenport, IA is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, handle payments, and coordinate check-in/out while ensuring accurate records and excellent service.

Experience with major brands is preferred. The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to assist guests with inquiries and requests during night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities; General knowledge of the city where the hotel is located and its attractions.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and manage reservations.
• Accept payments and maintain a house bank.
• Handle messages, wake-up calls, and guest complaints.
• Help guests with luggage and shuttle service.
• Promote guest programs and upsell rooms.
• Check-in/out procedures.
