Job summary

Innkeeper Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor in Davenport, IA to provide courteous front desk service, process reservations, and manage nightly cash handling. Responsibilities include check-ins/check-outs, guest inquiries, and maintaining security and accuracy of the house bank.

This role requires strong communication, hospitality knowledge, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Training will cover Marriott standards and local area information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Must be able to stand and perform tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them; verify reservations and payment information.
• Accept payments and manage a house bank; post charges and provide receipts.
• Issue room keys and control access; assist with luggage as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and telephone inquiries professionally.
• Provide local area information and promote hotel services.
• Maintain communication with other departments and follow SOPs.
