Innkeeper Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor at The Current, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel in Davenport, IA. The role includes front desk duties, guest check-in/check-out, cash handling, and guest services with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to work nights and weekends, and familiarity with Marriott processes. Training on hotel systems is provided; accommodations are available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt) preferred.
• Good communication, basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and check them in.
• Handle reservations, registrations and room assignments accurately.
• Process payments and maintain cash bank with daily deposits.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide local information.
• Operate safety and security procedures and assist with emergencies.
• Sell rooms and promote hotel amenities.
