Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor at Residence Inn Montgomeryville, North Wales, PA. The role focuses on reconciling cashier transactions, preparing management reports, and ensuring guest billings are accurate.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with hotel experience, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work late-night shifts. Candidates should be able to handle guest requests and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Late/Overnight shift
• Ability to maintain a warm, friendly demeanor at all times.
• Must understand and apply complex information from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and compile management reports.
• Perform guest check-in/check-out and reservations duties as required.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports (Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports, etc.).
• Audit Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiering activities for accuracy.
• Transmit credit card settlements in a timely manner.
