Responsibilities

• Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions and reviewing management reports.
• Ensuring accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Perform front desk duties as required (check-in/out, reservations, switchboard).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports (e.g., Daily Operating Report).
• Prepare and distribute month-end reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate concerns to management.
