Spire Hospitality LLC operates Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Downtown in Detroit, MI. We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional service and support for front desk and restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily functions.

You will respond to guest questions, handle check-ins/outs, and assist with revenue reporting and PMS tasks, contributing to a positive guest experience and hotel performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred; 1 year as Guest Services Agent required.
• Knowledge of accounting operations and basic math for reporting.
• Comfort using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service to guests and respond to questions promptly.
• Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and PMS-based reports.
• Make corrections in the PMS and resolve computer issues during shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances for daily reports.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls professionally.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
