Job summary

BryantCorp is seeking a Night Shift Auditor at its Wilson, NC property to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with end-of-day accounting and overnight front desk duties.

The role includes processing check-ins/check-outs, auditing daily financial activities, posting taxes and charges, and preparing daily reports while delivering friendly guest service and maintaining a professional image.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with speed, accuracy and courtesy
• Customer service experience required; hotel experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
• Guest service oriented demeanor and professional attitude
• Excellent phone and computer skills
• Cash handling experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly, professional manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a professional image in appearance, dress, and attitude
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Greet guests and complete registration/check-in including inputting data, confirming information and room rate, assigning rooms and issuing electronic keys
• Assist guests with check-out and ensure rooms and services are properly accounted for
• Complete daily checklists and prepare checkout billing
• Post room taxes and charges and prepare daily reports and cash balances
• Stand for long periods (minimum of 8 hours) and accommodate guest requests courteously
• Know hotel emergency procedures and assist as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager
